These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) govern the purchase of products bearing the trade name “NFOLD” (the “Products”), which is carried out by any natural person acting in the capacity of consumer (the “Customer”), thereby entering into a purchase agreement in the Greek language with NFOLD (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).The seller of the products, being the counterparty to the purchase agreement with the Customer, is the sole proprietorship of Anastasia Liapi, trading under the name NFOLD, with its registered office at 32 Karaïskaki Street, Elefsina, Postal Code 19200, Tax Identification Number (TIN) 134787701, and GEMI Registration Number 184731707000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). The Seller reserves the right not to process orders placed by entities which do not fall within the legal definition of “consumer” or which are minors or otherwise legally incapacitated.
Pursuant to these GTCS, the Seller sells to the Customer, who purchases remotely, the Products offered for sale on the website www.findnfold.com (the “Website”).The Contract is concluded exclusively by means of the Internet, through the Customer’s access to the Website, the submission of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure set forth therein, and its acceptance by the Seller. The purchase is governed by these GTCS, which the Customer is required to accept fully and unconditionally. For this purpose, prior to placing an order, the Customer must carefully read and acknowledge these GTCS and the pre-contractual information available on the Website.A purchase order submitted by the Customer through the Website constitutes a contractual offer binding only upon the Customer. The Seller reserves the right not to accept purchase orders which do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, which are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, the Seller shall notify the Customer of the non-acceptance of the order.In all other cases, the sales contract shall be deemed concluded upon dispatch of the Products by the Seller to the Customer. Τhe dye colorants are either mordant bonded to fibers, or oxidatively lodged in them by dyeing. Any compounds that are not permanently affixed come out in the wash, therefore properly rinsing after dyeing is important to prevent potential skin irritation.
The Customer shall receive an order confirmation email containing their personal details, the order number, the price of the purchased goods, the applicable shipping costs, and the delivery address to which the goods shall be dispatched. The Customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal data contained therein and to promptly notify the Seller of any corrections.At any time and prior to dispatch, the Customer may cancel the order without incurring any costs.Together with the order confirmation email, the Customer will also receive a link allowing them to download and archive a copy of these GTCS, as required by applicable legislation.
Prior to the conclusion of the Contract, the Customer is hereby informed that the materials and dyes used in the manufacture of the Products are derived exclusively from natural raw materials (plants, flowers, leaves, barks, roots, natural pigments, plant extracts and powders), as well as kitchen residues of plant origin (such as peels, pits and similar materials). Furthermore, we employ materials such as mordants/metals, tannins, natural dyes and plant extracts, natural hand-prepared pigments, and handmade plant-based inks, together with other ingredients and additives which respect the environment and the authenticity of the process. Most of the dyes and powders we use are GOTS certified. The indigo we use is produced through a manual extraction process, also GOTS certified and sourced from sustainable practices. Τhe dye colorants are either mordant bonded to fibers, or oxidatively lodged in them by dyeing. Any compounds that are not permanently affixed come out in the wash, therefore properly rinsing after dyeing is important to prevent potential skin irritation. The Customer, prior to the conclusion of the Contract, is informed of the characteristics of the goods as displayed on the individual product sheets at the time of their selection, while also acknowledging that the colours displayed therein may vary in intensity.Before the conclusion of the Contract and before the submission of the purchase order, the Customer shall be informed of:
-The identity of the Seller
-The total price of the Products, inclusive of taxes, with a detailed breakdown of shipping costs and any other charges
-The available methods of payment
-The time limit within which the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods
-The conditions, deadlines, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (see Article 6), as well as the model withdrawal form (as set forth in Annex I, Part B of the relevant Directive)
-The conditions of after-sales service and any applicable commercial guarantees.
Prior to purchasing the Product, please note that its preservation will be optimised if:
-The Product is hand washed in cold water
-A liquid detergent with neutral pH is used, and fully dissolved before the Product is added
-The Product is not left to soak for an extended period, as this may affect colour intensity
-Twisting is avoided
-The Product is dried in a shaded area
-Tumble drying is avoided
-The Product is ironed on the reverse side at a low temperature
-Contact with chemicals is avoided
-Exposure to direct sunlight is minimised, as prolonged exposure may cause colors to fade
-The Product is stored in breathable fabric bags to avoid moisture build-up
-The Product is handled with care and due diligence to ensure, as far aspossible, its long-term durability.
Please note that, due to the natural and authentic character of the Product, tonal variations may occur over time, which shall not be regarded as a defect.
The availability of the Products indicated on the Website corresponds to their actual availability at the time the Customer places the order. However, such availability must be considered indicative, since the Products may be purchased by other Customers simultaneously through the Website before the order confirmation is issued.In the event that the Products ordered are unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, the order shall be automatically amended by removing the unavailable Product, and the Customer will be charged accordingly. Where pre-paid systems have been used, the Seller shall contact the Customer to provide the necessary bank details for reimbursement of the unavailable Product.
All sales prices of the Products listed on the Website are expressed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes payable by the consumer. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products but are displayed and calculated during the checkout process, prior to the completion of payment.
The Seller accepts various methods of payment, such as credit card, debit card, and instalment payments through Klarna.In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the actual charge of the order amount shall be effected exclusively at the time when the order has been completed and is ready for dispatch.Communications relating to payment and the data provided by the Customer at the time of payment are transmitted via secure dedicated lines. The security of payment by credit card is guaranteed through an encrypted data transmission protocol.
Discount codes are personalised codes that grant a percentage discount on purchases made on the Website. They must be entered in the “Enter offer code (optional)” field in the shopping cart and applied to the order by clicking the arrow. Each discount code may only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.In the event of a partial return, since the discount amount is allocated variably across the individual items, the refund shall equal the sum of the discounted value of the returned items.
Once the goods have been dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track the delivery. Delivery shall occur within one to two business days for orders within Greece, within two to four business days for orders within the EU, and within seven to ten business days for orders to the rest of the world. The Customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery and, if it appears tampered with or damaged, must refuse acceptance of the package and photograph both the package and its contents. A Customer who accepts the package with reservation must contact the Seller’s Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery, specifying the order number and attaching photographs of the damaged package. If the Customer identifies damage to the packaging and/or goods, or notes that items are missing, they must contact the Seller’s Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery and retain the shipping packaging and any damaged items to substantiate the complaint. The same packaging may not be used to return other items correctly received. It is recommended to use alternative packaging or to await the outcome of verification before returning other correctly received items in the original packaging. The return deadline shall be extended until the completion of this process. Failure to comply with the above conditions shall prevent the Seller from recognising the complaint, and therefore the Seller shall be unable to guarantee the Customer any due reimbursement.In the event of non-delivery of the package, the Customer must contact the Seller’s Customer Service within 24 hours from the date of scheduled delivery as indicated in the confirmation email.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal. Only one return per order is permitted. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by sending an email to info@findnfold.com, indicating the order number and the reasons for requesting the return, subject to the following conditions:
-Provided that no more than 14 (fourteen) days have elapsed since receipt of the order
-Provided that the tags or labels have not been removed
-Provided that the Products remain intact (not used, worn, or washed)
-Provided that the Products are in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including the price tag and attached labels, intact and affixed to the Product, packaging materials and any documents or decorative elements).
The Customer is specifically requested to exercise particular care when trying on the Product in relation to the use of cosmetics, deodorants, or perfumes and to handle the Product with due care and diligence, especially with respect to delicate fabrics.The return package must be delivered to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the withdrawal email.
-Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where rights deriving from the product warranty apply.
-If an order contains multiple products, the Customer must specify precisely which item is being returned, providing the relevant product code (NR).
Once the withdrawal email is sent by the Customer, the package containing the return must be delivered to the courier that originally delivered the order. The Customer remains free to use a different courier; however, in this case:
-Return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the Customer
-The Seller shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for damage or theft of the package, nor issue any refund should such events occur.
It is the Customer’s obligation to strictly follow the instructions contained in the packaging in which the goods were delivered, as well as those included herein, regarding returns. If the package is delivered to a collection point, the Customer must provide their telephone number, which is required as proof of delivery and for tracking the return.If the Product shows signs of use, or if it has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return. More specifically, if the return cannot be accepted because it does not meet the above requirements, the Customer may choose to have the Products shipped back at their own expense. If the Customer refuses this rehipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain both the Products and the amount corresponding to their purchase price.The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Accordingly, if the returned Products are damaged (e.g., with signs of wear, scuffs, scratches, removed tags, removed pendants, deformations, etc.), incomplete with all components and accessories (including labels and tags intact and attached to the Product), or not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, original packaging, and warranty certificate (where applicable), the Customer shall be liable for the diminished value of the goods and entitled only to reimbursement of an amount equal to their residual value. The Seller assumes no responsibility in cases where Products are returned in error or personal items are forgotten in the return package.Subject to verification of compliance with the above requirements, the Seller shall refund the amount of the Products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) business days.In the event of non-compliance with the return requirements, Customer Service may contact the Customer to request clarifications. The Customer shall have 14 (fourteen) days to respond. Upon expiry of this period without any response, the Seller shall proceed to reject the return, and no refund shall be permitted.As provided by applicable legislation, the Seller may suspend reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the Customer provides proof that the goods have been returned to the Seller.The Seller shall process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.The above provisions shall also apply where the Customer requests an exchange for another available Product of equal value.No returns shall be accepted if sent after the permissible time limit. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the Customer at their own expense.In the event of receipt of a Product different from the one ordered, the Customer, should they wish to proceed with a return, must return the item within the standard return timeframes.Personalised Products cannot be returned or exchanged, subject to the rights arising from the product warranty.
In accordance with the meaning and provisions of Directive 1999/44/EC, as incorporated into Greek law, the Seller guarantees to the Customer that the Products are free from design and material defects. The foregoing excludes any variations or less intense colour impressions that may appear in certain parts of the Product, as these are attributable to the entirely natural method of production. Such characteristics shall not constitute, nor be considered as, defects of the Product.Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer shall bear the responsibility to examine the Products as soon as reasonably possible and, under penalty of nullity of the present warranty, must report any defects or non-conformities within no later than two (2) months from their discovery, by sending to the Seller’s Customer Service, via email, the duly completed form, clearly indicating the defect and/or non-conformity identified, together with the supporting documentation specified in the said return form (at least one photograph of the Product and the order confirmation issued by the Seller).Following receipt of the form and related documents, the Seller shall assess the defects and non-conformities reported by the Customer and, after conducting the necessary quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the Product, shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether the return of the Products is authorised, providing a response to the Customer via email at the address supplied during registration on the Website. Authorisation of the return of Products shall in no case be deemed as acknowledgment of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must subsequently be verified upon return.If, upon such verification, the Products are found not to be covered by warranty, they shall be returned to the Customer. In the event that non- conformity is established, the Seller shall retain the Product and reimburse the Customer, including by means of a voucher redeemable exclusively on the Website.Products for which the Seller has authorised return must be returned by the Customer, together with a copy of the return authorisation notice, within 30 (thirty) days from reporting the defect or non-conformity, to the address indicated by the Seller. The application of any warranty shall be excluded in the event of use or washing of the Product inconsistent with its intended purpose and with the instructions/warnings provided or referred to in the explanatory documentation, labels, or tags and in this policy.A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with your Product, issued by the creator, certifying that the referenced Product is a genuine and authentic creation forming part of the creator’s official body of work. The certificate is accompanied by the necessary and relevant identification details of the Product, such as the title, year of creation, technique, dimensions, and other relevant characteristics.Finally, please note that the Product you have selected constitutes an exclusively handmade technique and application, and not a digital fabric print.
The Seller accepts orders for delivery worldwide. Products shall be delivered by courier service to the address provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. Shipment shall be carried out in accordance with the delivery terms published on the Seller’s Website.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to force majeure or unforeseeable events, including cases of malfunction or lack of availability of the Internet, in the event that it is unable to fulfil the order within the timeframe stipulated under these GTCS.Both in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal and in the event of enforcement of the legal warranty of conformity, where the goods cannot be accepted by the Seller because they do not meet the necessary requirements for the exercise of the aforementioned rights under Articles 6 and 7, it shall be the obligation and responsibility of the Customer to recover the goods, at their own expense, once they are made available again.The Customer acknowledges and unconditionally accepts that the Seller, after 30 (thirty) days from notification to the Customer, may proceed to the lawful disposal of the goods not retrieved by the Customer.
The Products are sold with the characteristics described on the Website and in accordance with the GTCS published on the Website at the time the Customer submits the order, to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions.The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTCS at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to give prior notice to users of the Website. Any amendments shall become effective as of the date of publication on the Website and shall apply exclusively to sales concluded thereafter.Prices, Products offered for sale on the Website, and their characteristics are subject to change without notice. Prior to submitting a purchase order, the Customer is invited to verify the final sale price.These GTCS constitute the entire agreement governing the subject matter herein. Should one or more provisions of these GTCS be deemed invalid under applicable law, regulations, or by virtue of a decision of a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These GTCS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. In any event, the application of mandatory consumer protection rights provided under the laws of the state in which the Customer resides shall remain unaffected.For any dispute that cannot be settled amicably, jurisdiction shall lie with the Courts of Athens on a non-exclusive basis. The Customer may also voluntarily resort to mediation procedures to resolve potential disputes arising from the interpretation and performance of these Terms of Sale, by accessing the following platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
